A first aid kit is available at the reception desk. All reception staff are trained in first aid.

There are 2 defibrillators on the hotel premises (one located at the reception area, the other at the pool area – level 0).

In case of fire, please inform the reception at extension 600 and/or activate the fire alarm switch located in the corridor. Then follow the evacuation route and proceed to the designated assembly point marked as “ASSEMBLY POINT.”

If a potential hazard is detected in any hotel area, an announcement will be made via the warning system – PLEASE LISTEN CAREFULLY TO THE ANNOUNCEMENT before taking further action.

In case of evacuation, elevators will be out of service for your safety. Please use the staircases.

Smoking Policy:
Hotel Shellter is a smoke-free property. Smoking cigarettes or e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel (including balconies and terraces), except in designated smoking areas located in front of the hotel entrance.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we offer a daily laundry service available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Guests can choose from two options:

Regular Service

Laundry submitted before 9:00 AM will be returned the same day by 6:00 PM.

Laundry submitted after 9:00 AM will be returned the following day by 10:00 AM.

Express Service (3 hours)

Available daily between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, with a 50% surcharge.

Clothes will be returned within 3 hours.

Please note that we do not provide dry cleaning services and cannot accept leather or suede garments.

Liability and complaints
The hotel reserves the right to refuse laundry service and does not take responsibility for stain removal or for damages such as shrinkage, color fading, tears, or damage to buttons and zippers.

Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of the return of the laundry (or, in case of loss, from the expected return date) and must be supported by the original laundry receipt.

The hotel’s liability for damaged clothing is limited to five times the laundry service charge.
