Promotion Terms and Conditions for Discount Codes

Hotel Shellter Resort & Spa

1. General provisions

1. The organiser of the promotion is SHELLTER HOTEL OPERATOR Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością  with its registered office in Lubin, ul. Słowiańska 17, 59-300 Lubin, entered into the National Court Register, NIP: 6922543226 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).
2. The promotion allows guests to use discount codes entitling them to discounts on stays at the Hotel Shellter Resort & Spa, Rogowo 117N, 72-330 Rogowo  (hereinafter referred to as the “Hotel”).
3. These regulations define the general rules for the use of discount codes (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations”).

2. Rules for using discount codes

1. The discount code entitles you to a discount in the amount and on the terms specified in the detailed terms and conditions of a given promotion.
2. The discount code should be entered in the appropriate field when making an online reservation or provided when booking via another method, if the Organizer provides such a possibility.
3. Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or special offers, unless the specific terms and conditions of a given promotion state otherwise.
4. The discount code is one-time use and may only be used for the benefit of the person who received it, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.

3. Terms of validity

1. Each discount code has individually defined:
   • validity period,
   • the amount of the discount granted,
   • the scope of services covered by the promotion,
   • dates excluded from the promotion (so-called “special dates”).
2. Detailed terms and conditions of a given promotion (e.g. discount amount, validity dates, exclusions) are provided in each promotional material, on the Hotel’s website or in correspondence with the customer.
3. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, cash equivalent or other benefits.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to specify a list of special dates during which specific discount codes are not valid (e.g. long weekends, public holidays, periods of high occupancy, vacations).

4. Complaints

1. The promotion participant has the right to submit a complaint regarding the functioning of the discount code.
2. Complaints may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address or electronically to the e-mail address indicated on the Hotel’s website.
3. Complaints will be considered within 14 days of their receipt.

5. Final provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations, end the promotion or shorten it, while respecting the acquired rights of Participants who made a reservation before the announcement of the changes.
2. The current text of the Regulations is available at the Hotel reception and on the Organizer’s website.
3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
