  • Evening entertainment: After a day full of experiences, we invite you to movie nights for adults and children, where, wrapped in a soft blanket, you can relax watching your favorite films.

  • Attractions for children: According to the schedule, we have prepared animations for children, ensuring lots of fun and entertainment.

Reservation Conditions
  • Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival
  • Cancellation less than 14 days before arrival will result in a 100% charge of the booked services
  • If the reservation is cancelled between the 7th day and the arrival day or in case of a no-show, Hotel Shellter***** Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain the full prepayment. The remaining amount will be collected on check-in day.
  • If the refundable offer is prepaid and cancelled within the allowed time frame, a 100% refund of the prepayment will be issued. The refund will be made to the provided account within 21 days from the cancellation and acceptance of the correcting invoice.
  • A 30% prepayment is required after making the reservation. The hotel will send an email with information on how to make the prepayment.
Cancellation Policy

A 30% deposit is required, free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival.
