Reservation Conditions

• Free cancellation is possible up to 7 days before arrival
• Cancellation less than 7 days before arrival will result in a 100% charge of the booked services
• If the reservation is cancelled between the 7th day and the arrival day or in case of a no-show, Hotel Shellter***** Resort & Spa reserves the right to retain the full prepayment. The remaining amount will be collected on check-in day.
• If the refundable offer is prepaid and cancelled within the allowed time frame, a 100% refund of the prepayment will be issued. The refund will be made to the provided account within 21 days from the cancellation and acceptance of the correcting invoice.
• A 50% prepayment is required after making the reservation. The hotel will send an email with information on how to make the prepayment.
