FURU Restaurant is a place where the seashore meets the forest. These two symbols of nature have become the strength and inspiration for a unique menu.
The name of the restaurant was created by our Head Chef Rafał Durka. FURU means "pine" in Norwegian – a unique symbol of our location. Natural pine forests are a great highlight of Shellter***** Hotel and we will surely tell you much more about them soon…

At AROMA Restaurant, we start serving you from early morning. Every day we offer breakfast in the form of buffets, with live cooking and a dedicated kids' buffet. You will find crispy waffles prepared with our own recipe, freshly ground coffee, fruit smoothies, a wide selection of salads, cold meats, cheeses, and warm egg dishes prepared to your liking. Bread (white and wholegrain), sweet pastries from our own bakery – cakes, sweet buns, croissants... this is just part of our breakfast buffet.
Later in the day, we serve dinner buffets. During dinner, our chefs surprise you daily with a new dish. The buffet includes vegetarian options, various types of meat dishes, a variety of sides, salads, and vegetables. We also offer a wide selection of desserts, cakes, and fruits! Lounge Bar is a favorite place for our Guests to meet in the evenings. On selected evenings, we organize concerts, events, special shows, and many more attractions here. Our bartenders prepare a unique selection of cocktails you can order from the menu, and we also offer a selection of dishes highly praised by our Guests.
